How to Order

Ordering Overview

Freezer Beef is available seasonally, in the spring and fall once the calves have been finished.  The below information will walk you through your options and the steps in the ordering process:

Step 1: Select your size

Beef is available in whole, half or quarters.

Step 2: Complete the Reservation Form

Fill out the ordering information with your selection

Step 3: Mail/Pay your Deposit

We accept checks or you can pay with Paypal  at the link below.

Step 4: Select your cuts

Your order will be customized to your preference.  You'll select the desired steak thickness, number and type of roasts, leanness of ground beef and more.  As it gets closer to the time when your order will be processed, we'll coordinate this directly with you and walk you through the process.  The beef is typically dry aged 14 days to increase tenderness and flavor of the beef.  It can be hung longer if requested.  Also, the beef is not treated with any preservatives.  Once cut, It is immediately flash frozen which locks in the freshness and flavor and prevents spoilage without the use of chemicals.

Step 5: Pick up your Beef

Orders may be picked up at our family farm or directly from the processing center when they are ready.  We'll be communicating with you once your meat is at the processor and will provide detailed timeframe at that time.  Delivery is also available.
